Our Mission at ExtinctEarth.org is to show people that the way we live has to change. We pledge to inform you about the effects mankind has and is having on the natural ecosystem of our planet, of which we depend on for survival. We sponsor no particular political ideology and will not preach any religious dogma. Our only philisophical intent is to help show the world why we need to change and how this can be done.

We want to opensource sustainable living. ExtinctEarth.org is a place of community. This is a place meant for your interpretations and ideas to be set forth and exchanged with eachother. We have the ability to live in a sustainable equalibrium with our planet. The time is now to pay attention, and have an open mind. No one is going to change the world for us, we must do this ourselves.

Generally speaking, mathematics and science (proven science) are about the only things that we are really willing to trust. The truth itself is the only authority we admire. No politician, beurocrate, celebrity, or television pundit has any authority or dicernable fact worth noting. The facts of reality are the only thing that are immune to subjectivity and personal interest. By which, I mean the laws of physics has no bank account, therefore it should be trusted more than any individual, despite credentials. Just because someone looks like they have the ability to know something , doesn't mean they are going to tell you the truth; and the truth is what WE are after.
